Shipping & Completion Policy

All orders have an estimated 3–7 week creation window before completion and dispatch.

Every My Hair Wardrobe unit is custom-made to order, whether you select an existing design from the website or request a unit based on your own vision.

This timeframe is in place for a reason. It allows me, as the creator, the necessary time and flexibility to produce each unit carefully, without compromising the quality of my work. Orders are worked through in numerical order, ensuring the process remains fair and consistent for every customer.

Please allow the full 3–7 week window for your order to be completed. Once your unit is finished and dispatched, you will receive your shipping and tracking information.
