Custom orders will only begin once the total balance is paid in full. This policy allows us to cover production costs and deliver your wig on time.
Unpaid Orders
Orders that are not fully paid will be placed on hold or canceled until the balance is cleared. This ensures we can focus on confirmed orders without delays.

How Long You Have to Pay
Customs authorities generally allow a limited time frame (varies by country, often 7–14 days) to pay any import duties, VAT/GST, or clearance fees.
If you do not pay within this period, the courier will automatically return the parcel to us. Which would result in you having to pay premium shipping ionce again in order to receive your unit.
