DUTIES?

What ARE DUTIES?

Duties are just little import fees that some countries charge when your parcel arrives at the border  kind of like a “welcome to the country” toll for your wig! 💌 If you’re outside of the UK, your courier might get in touch to collect this small fee before they release your package and bring it to your front door. It’s usually nothing big, but please keep an eye on your emails (including junk and spam folders) around your shipping time once you’ve received your tracking number, so you don’t miss their message.

All import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not charged, collected, or controlled by My Hair Wardrobe.

How Long You Have to Pay

Customs authorities generally allow a limited time frame (varies by country, often 7–14 days) to pay any import duties, VAT/GST, or clearance fees.

If you do not pay within this period, the courier will automatically return the parcel to us. Which would result in you having to pay premium shipping ionce again in order to receive your unit.
