All purchases made through My Hair Wardrobe are final and non-refundable.

My Hair Wardrobe is a custom-made business, meaning every unit is individually created specifically for you. Whether you choose an existing design from the website or request something based on your own vision, you are purchasing a bespoke, made-to-order product and placing your trust in the creator to bring your chosen unit to life.

Once your order is placed, the specific materials required to create your individual unit are sourced and purchased immediately, and the creation journey begins. Costs are therefore committed specifically to your order from the moment the process starts.

For these reasons, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable consumer law.
