Due to the personalised nature of our custom wigs, we’re unable to accept refunds or returns. Each piece is uniquely crafted once purchased to meet your specific needs and requests.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
All wigs are custom made upon purchase and can take between3-7 weeks from the date full payment is received to be delivered. This ensures we can provide the care and precision needed for your custom wig.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information from both MHW and DHL express worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location. but maximum a couple of days at most. this is a premium service.
